Who You Calling a Dumbbell?
At last, I've found an adjustable, easily-stored and affordable set of dumbbells. I loathe lifting weights at the gym. Something about touching all those germy, sweaty, ne'er cleaned handles sets my guts a-roiling. So this (admittedly casual) search has been in the foreback of my mind for ages. And now my mind may rest. My ass and lats on the other hand? They'll be pumping.
