Junk Metalhead
Amazing. After trying to unload my old stove on the Denver Rescue Mission, Habitat for Humanity and Freecycle with NO takers, I finally dragged it out into my alleyway, literally, four minutes ago. And I can hear someone moving it onto a truck right now.
As you might've guessed from the above, the junk metal trade is alive and well in central Colorado. In fact, Matt's Dad just bought a house with all of the metalwork and pipes and whatever-else-makes-up-a-house-that-could-possibly-be-stolen stripped out, and the furnace abandoned by weakly-biceped thieves in the kitchen. (Consider a rewrite on that last sentence. - ed.)
This all makes me think that Dukie from The Wire (excuse me, Duquan) might find some financial success in the metro Denver area. Just sayin'.
Welcome! I like your pants! Oh lighten up, Michael...
