Dy-NERSTY!
When I was last home, Margo pointed out to me that beloved 80's catfight showcase Dynasty was in FACT set in DENVER. "How could I not know this?!", I quacked and then passed out in a puddle of vodka-soaked nutter butters. Two weeks and one Youtube search later beget the German (i.e., long...and sauer) version of Dynasty's opening credits, wherein the Mile High (plus a random beach or two) is feted in all its glorious glory:
Der Denver Clan! Der Denver Clan!
(PS rumor has it the mansion is somewhere south on Evans or something? Evans as in Linda Evans? I'll get to the bottom of this. If I have to tussle with Joanie Collins in a floor-length chiffon number and matching turban, gdarnit, I'll get to the bottom of this.
