Goodness!
The lease has come through, and the next step is contracting with a real estate lawyer to dot my t's and cross my i's. So nice to have some of the biggest names in commercial property and retail in this town on my side - helping me find counsel and contractors and everyone else I need to make this happen. So, so nice. Let's just say I'm about to be spending a LOT more time with some top-notch lawyers. Which will be welcome, as I have a few questions for them regarding a personal issue. Never one to really stop churning the shit, am I?
Though I'm taking the rest of this week off from TSC - and capping off the era of moving with a ski trip on Sunday - I am amped and psyched and all that good stuff to get rolling on this round Monday-way.
