Yo esta off to Santa Fe. Seeing as I may be the only blogger of ill repute without her own laptop, updates will prolly have to wait until this weekend. Have a good'un and keep - you know - passing the open windows in my absence.

Oh and by the way, check out the new, Daniel Libeskind-designed addition to the Denver Art Museum here. I got to go to the opening weekend the other night with Mike, my newest Chistie (that's Chinese-Irish bestie, for those of you keeping score), and was totally impressed with the building. It's gorge. The art? Well...after 8 years in New York, it's hard to be reasonable about one's expectations. That said, there were a few unexpected - though lesser - pieces by the bigwigs (Damian Hirst, Jenny Holzer, Kiki Smith), and a bunch of really odd - though engaging - modern German works. Sadly, my hunger for dumplings caused me to miss out on the gift shop - but it looked enchanting from afar. Bright colors, large price tags: just my stizz.
