Sad Times
This past week has been a brutal one. After nearly a decade of steadily advancing Alzheimer's, my awesome, awesome, awesome Nana is dying. As any of you who have been through a similar agony of anticipation will recognize, we are - as a family - in the throes of restlessness, relief, anger and grief - all at once. Phone calls and e-mails with my lovies have been much appreciated.
It fills my heart with happiness that I have such wonderful, considerate and compassionate friends and family.
Thanks for the support.
Thanks also for the support hose. Lord knows these gams could use a break.
